Team Building Events

We can create and host bespoke team building events to cater to your needs. With over 9 years of experience with a range of clients, our events are not only professional and informative but fun and we have worked out a guaranteed formula to bring your team together.

Bespoke Craft and
Classroom Training Days

As a former development chef as well as head of craft training within the UK, David has extensive experience of working alongside apprenticeship chefs and professional chefs to develop their culinary skills. We collaborate with your teams and line managers to create unique, craft day experiences that add value to your business. We also understand that coaching and mentoring are all part of a chef’s journey, and we work these into the programmes so we have a clear plan of each learner’s journey.

New Recipe

Sarah and David have both worked as development chefs for global food service companies during their careers and have extensive knowledge on product development and testing, understanding and managing stakeholders expectations from thought process to the finished dish.

New Product

We have an established client base for new product development at the cookery school, we can support your teams or simply allow you to use our kitchens and facilities. We can support or simply facilitate your development days.

Supplier Days & Recommendations  

Over the last 25 years we’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with the finest suppliers and producers, we’ve made great connections across the UK and can always recommend the best for your individual needs.

We host supplier visits for teams across the UK and can make a bespoke package to include cookery demonstrations and food tastings.

Photography &
Filming Studio

Our kitchen space makes the perfect studio for photography and filming sessions. The large, well-lit space is split into two rooms with easy access via a large 20ft sliding barn door and parking directly outside.
Our fully equipped kitchens, include Miele ovens and induction hobs, Kitchen Aid mixers, Weber BBQs and Delivita Wood Fired Ovens.
