In this class we make the best doughnuts you have ever tasted!
We use a fermented brioche style dough that we talk through what the gluten does and how the butter in the dough effects the end result.
We fill them with fresh jams and creme patisserie that we make on the class and top them with, we also make some with a maple glaze.
Of course at the end of the class we have a doughnuts testing with a tipple and you go home with your own doughnuts.
