FESTIVE SHOWSTOPPING DESSERTS
This course covers a host of techniques that will help you produce showstopping desserts!! of course we make fabulous desserts with professional techniques using tricks that chefs use.
In this course we make four fabulous desserts that can be frozen for christmas, this class includes lunch with a lovely glass of fizz.
We make a fabulous Blackforest Gateaux with Belgian Chocolate, Cranberry, Maple Syrup and Pecan Wreath. Perfect pavlova and a glazed Apple and Christmas spiced Tart. ( if you attended this class in 2022, this year's desserts will be different.
The desserts are all 8-10 portions and you will need a large bag to transport.
lunch is included.
