This course covers a host of techniques that will help you produce showstopping desserts!! of course we make fabulous desserts with professional techniques using tricks that chefs use.
In this course we make four fabulous desserts that can be frozen for christmas, this class includes lunch with a lovely glass of fizz.
We make a fabulous Showstopping Gingerbread and Egg Nogg gateaux, Belgian Chocolate Yule Log, Sticky toffee date wreath and a Mulled Cranberry and Apple Tart.
The desserts are all 8-10 portions and you will need a large bag to transport.
