In this class we will will be making three absolute Gastro pub classics!
We will start with a classic twice baked cheese souffle with a cheese sauce served witha delicious salad.
Followed by that classic Steak and triple chips with a peppercorn sauce and a side of Bearnaise for those chips!
and we finish with Sticky Toffee pudding with toffee sauce!
You may want to bring tuppaware for tasters to take home.
this is an adult class for age 15+ but if you have a young adult who is interested in attending then get in touch.
