This class shows you some fantastic chefs tecniques to help you recreate a fantastic dinner.
We use our experience working in Michelin starred restaurants in London and have put them into practice for this class.
The first course will be a seasonal fish dish where we explain the cooking of protien slowly.
The main course is all aboutgreat quality ingredients and seasonal vegetables and we finish off with a dessert dish all about showing techniques with seasonal ingredients..
This is an adult class age 16 and above.
