WOOD FIRED OVEN PIZZA AND ITALIAN CLASSICS.
This class will teach you how to light and control the fire in your outside oven. On that we will be showing you how to make from scratch and how to handle perfect pizza dough and understanding the gluten.
Then of course using the oven to cook the pizza and eat them! We will also be making fresh Gnocci with a sage butter sauce and Panna cotta afogato.
This class is for adults due to the nature of the tempratures.
