This class will see you making classic French dishes with classic techniques.
From working in French kitchens in London for the Roux Brothers we have picked our favourite dishes for this class so, we have a Pan fried chicken dish with cognac, dauphinoise potatoes, Apple Tart, Provencal beans to name a few.
We eat at this class so come hungry!
