This event is were the ticket price is for two people and you and your guest work together to create a three course dinner!
You will make all three courses and sides and the menu will be;
Arracini stuffed with Mozerella with a roasted tomato and basil sauce
Fresh filled pasta with a Sage butter sauce served with Italian cured meats on olive boards and Italian salads with fresh foccacia
Panna cotta with Roasted Seasonal fruit
We eat in the dining room with wine, beer and soft drinks.
This is an adult class 15+ but if you have a young person that would like to attend then get in touch sarah@wilmslowcookeryschool.co.uk
