This event is a Chefs table were we do all the cooking in front of you and explain about the dishes as we serve them to you.
The menu will use Seasonal ingredients and there will be six courses.
We have added a BBQ supper club to show you different techniques to BBQ, the school will be set up with the outside space and everything we serve will be cook over fire. This will include the perfectly cooked steak and how to achieve that perfect cook.
The menu will be created closer to the time to see whats good from suppliers.
wines will be served wth each course or a non alcholic alternative.
