This event is a Chefs table were we do all the cooking in front of you but explain about the dishes as we serve them to you with paired wine. AND A GLASS OF FIZZ ON ARRIVAL.
The menu will use Seasonal ingredients and there will be some interaction with you as you help to plate the dish.
The menu will be closed closer to the time to see whats good from suppliers.
some interaction with plating the dish is all is required.
The main course will show you how to control cooking beef to perfection!
