this class is for one person to attend.
You will make all three courses and sides and the menu will be;
Arracini stuffed with Mozerella with a roasted tomato and basil sauce
Fresh filled pasta and a tagliatelle dish erved with Italian cured meats on olive boards and Italian salads with fresh breads
Panna cotta with Roasted Seasonal fruit
We eat in the dining room with wine, beer and soft drinks.
