TAPAS, PAELLA AND PINTXOS
This course sees us make a variety of tapas and Pintos with authentic Spanish ingredients and a delicious Paella. So think piccolo peppers, smoked paprika, manchego cheese, croquettes, aioli, Serrano ham, Gambas, the list of delicious ingredients is endless.
We eat at the end of this class what we have made with a glass of wine or beer.
