This class will see you making a host of dishes all light and fragrant.
So a traditional Vietnamese Prawn salad with Nuoc Cham dressing, vegetable Summer rolls, Pho noodle bowl, and delicious Pork spring rolls with a peanut sauce and a delicious Lemon Grass chicken dish.
