CHEFS TABLE WITH ADAM REID
Adam's menus will be seasonal and include favourites from The French in Manchester and also his dishes from when he won two dishes to take to the banquet on TV for the Great British Menu.
The evening with start with a welcome drink and then your starter will be served in front of you with Adam explaining techniques that he has used and the provenance of the ingredients.
The Main course will be partly produced by Adam and the team and you will be served with a plate of fabulous garnished to finish your own plate after a demonstration from Adam.
The Dessert will again be seasonal but with a twist.
Each course will be served with a Matched wine and the dinner will be served in the dining room with Adam where he can answer any questions and tell you all about his journey so far.
