This is a full day class, and we use our supplier Flying Fish based in Cornwall and their fab day boat catches.
This is a fish masterclass were we cover filleting, dealing with scallops and Mussels, flat fish and round fish.
Producing some restaurant style dishes and understanding the perfect cooking of all fish.
We will also be Hot smoking and curing on the BBQ outside.
