This class, will show you making homemade Kimchi, and taking a jar home for you to ferment.
We also make that classic Bimibap, Peanut chicken, (dakgangjeong) with steamed rice.
Korean dumplings and Korean Noodle dishes.
We eat dinner at the end of this class so come hungry!
This class is for ages 15 and above, if you have a young adult who would like to take part then email on sarah@wilmslowcookeryschool.co.uk
