This class takes us on a whistle stop tour around the pacific rim! Nasi Goreng from Indonesia, with a stop in Korea for Korean dumplings, a flying visit to Malaysia for satay and lots of fab dips.
You will be working mostly independently on this class but will share a hob and some equipment with another attendee.
