This class will see us making a fabulous Dragon roll using a Bamboo mat along with some hand formed Nigiri.
We will spend time learning how to cook Sushi rice and how to season it.
We will make some beautiful Gyoza and some Noodles dishes.
This class will teach you knife skills to ensure your Sushi is always beautiful.
We eat dinner at the end of this class so come hungry!
This class is for ages 15 and above, if you have a young adult who would like to take part then email on sarah@wilmslowcookeryschool.co.uk
